As the Senior HR Administrator, you’ll support the work of the foundation by working with the business to provide a best-in-class HR administrative service, using your knowledge in HR Administration to investigate and develop new ways of working.
Joining a team of HR professionals, you’ll be responsible for the whole life-cycle of HR administration.
We are a developing department, which means this is a great opportunity to support and make an impact in the modernisation of an HR function. As a team, we are striving for efficiency, focusing on the employee experience, and aiming to deliver a business lead partnership and service to Line Managers and employees.
For this role you’ll need to be person-centred, know how to get the best out of technology and get a thrill from designing smart ways of working.
We are looking for some who can bring the following:
Experience using Microsoft 365 platforms
