Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment

Schedule:

• 8 am – 4:30 pm or 7 am – 4 pm

Job Duties:

• Provide strong customer service skills to assist customers with inquiries and concerns
• Utilize analytical skills to assess and address customer needs effectively
• Proficient in Excel, including the ability to perform basic v-lookups
• Make informed decisions to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Engage with customers in a professional and customer-facing manner
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data collection and entry
• Must have experience working in a call center environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to learn and navigate company platforms for data entry and retrieval
