Nexus Direct is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a hard-working, dynamic team of direct response fundraising professionals who have a passion for helping non-profits achieve their missions and love what they do.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the coordination of online analytics, social advertising, and day-to-day platform management.

They will love their work if they are naturally organized and comfortable managing the details. Professional experience working with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO tools, Email Marketing and Fundraising.

Experience with all social media platforms is required.

Position Overview and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for internal communications regarding campaigns and projects for multiple agency clients’ digital programs.
• Coordinates ing for Email, Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Provide input and expertise in reviewing analytics, data, and ing along with the ability to use this information to affect ongoing strategy.
• Ongoing coordination of strategic updates, based on optimizing results.

What You Need :

• BA in Marketing and / or Communications preferred.
• Preferred experience in Search Engine Marketing (Google and Bing Analytics)
• Previous experience with digital marketing (e.g., SEM, campaign marketing, social marketing, email marketing, etc.)
• Proficiency with Office 365
• Excellent communication and personal organizational skills
• Comfortable with a virtual work environment, but talented at collaborating with others
• Possesses strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
• Experience working with SEM tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, WordPress, and others.
• Familiar with different email platforms such as Constant Contact and MailChimp, Blackbaud, etc.
• Experience in strategizing and placing ads on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other similar networks / platforms.
