About the Role: Recruiter

ing to the Director, People Operations, you will have an incredible opportunity to perform in an impactful role at our growing company. You will be a key player in increasing Nextpoint’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice in the Chicagoland area and beyond. You will achieve success by working cross-functionally with employees and hiring managers to understand and define recruiting needs for all technical and non-technical positions, developing recruiting strategies, identifying recruiting channels, (both traditional and innovative!) and sourcing the best possible talent for our open roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with leadership to thoroughly understand the needs of the business, be close to current and future hiring needs, and develop the best search strategy to identify and attract exceptional candidates in a fast growing, competitive market.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening and managing candidate experience with the goal of hiring top-level talent into the organization.
• Develop and post engaging job descriptions to attract a highly qualified candidate pool.
• Provide weekly recruitment updates to hiring managers via metrics ing, update job descriptions as needed and manage applicant tracking system (Hireology).
• Identify creative and strategic ways to source great people and apply effective recruiting practices to not only active, but passive candidates, as well.
• Manage candidate experience from sourcing through the interview process and ultimately to offer stages.
• Promote our values and culture throughout the candidate experience.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements by leveraging data from our ATS, post interview and post hire surveys and other feedback loops.
• Attend career fairs and interview events offsite and/or virtual as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree/experience
• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth technology organization.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and metrics ing.
• Excellent communication skills
• A detail-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn!
