ing to the Director, People Operations, you will have an incredible opportunity to perform in an impactful role at our growing company. You will be a key player in increasing Nextpoint’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice in the Chicagoland area and beyond. You will achieve success by working cross-functionally with employees and hiring managers to understand and define recruiting needs for all technical and non-technical positions, developing recruiting strategies, identifying recruiting channels, (both traditional and innovative!) and sourcing the best possible talent for our open roles.
