NextGenNet Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager – BizOps & GTM Job at North Sydney Full Time

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager will be an enormously critical part of the ongoing attraction, management and acquisition of talent across the NextGen group. Responsible for partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business in guiding them through what talent they might need to fill a role, how you might find it, the process which you suggest should be followed to assess candidate quality and the timely acquisition of this talent, in line with organisational deadlines and objectives.

The role will be an ongoing blend of BAU hiring and project work. Projects will include process definition, system and architecture refinement, implementing talent intelligence, starting and maturing both orgs on their EB journey, helping both orgs make the move from resource planning to strategic workforce planning + + + +.

• Achievement of benchmarked success metrics (including Hires per month, Time to hire, Time to fill, Pipeline conversions, candidate CSAT, hiring manager CSAT);
• Prioritize effectively across BAU Talent Acquisition activities and project activity;
• Active sourcing of candidates using sourcing automation tooling;
• Compulsive level use of ATS solution to enable effective metric management;
• Play a key and active role in employer branding activity and enhancing our candidate attraction success from tactical/short term to strategic/longer term;
• Partner with internal stakeholders as a thought partner, advisor and key collaborator in all matters of ‘talent’’

What does the right profile look like?

• Experience in agency recruitment and/or internal talent acquisition, preferably
• Experience in effective use of talent tooling solutions (ATS, HRIS, sourcing automation etc.)
• Growth mentality
• High EQ and empathetic default style
• A collaborative and non-egotistical approach to leadership;
• A penchant for executive level influencing, coaching and guidance.
