Responsibility Summary

The ideal candidate is a senior level IT Sourcer that is experienced at sourcing, attracting and qualifying highly technical IT roles like JAVA Software Developers/Software Engineers, UX Designers, iOS Mobile Developers etc.

Position Requirements

• Experience as an IT sourcer/recruiter that is well-versed in identifying top IT talent such as Software Developers/Software Engineers (JAVA, Mobile etc.) along with other complex and unique skillsets as needed
• Source and pipeline diverse, qualified candidate pools for current or future openings through various means, including daily searches in applicant tracking system/internal resume database, external on-line resume databases (LinkedIn, Dice, etc), internet postings, and associate referrals. (AIRS and/or CDR certifications preferred)
• Conduct phone screens/interviews of professional candidates with varying levels of responsibility
• Work in close partnership with Home Office Recruiting team members, and potentially hiring leaders
• Candidate interviewing experience utilizing behavioural based interview techniques
• Extensive use of an applicant tracking system (IBM BrassRing preferred), contact management system (Avature preferred) LinkedIn, and other talent acquisition related systems, tools, technologies and external search tactics
• Extensive experience with the development of creative sourcing strategies, generating contacts/leads, proactive networking with outside organizations and effective usage of social media to attract external talent (Strong experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Boolean search, etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Talent sourcing skills: 5 years (Preferred)
• Information Technologies: 5 years (Preferred)
• IBM BrassRing: 1 year (Preferred)
