NextGen Global Resources Hiring for REMOTE Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst Full Time

JOB TITLE: Traffic Monetization Strategist

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

1.) A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or strategic brand communication

OR 5+ years managing digital marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of developing and implementing rigorous test and control programs.

2.) Strong quantitative analysis skills

3.) Proven success in utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action.

4.) Experience working with testing platforms, such as Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser, or Optimizely, preferably creating personalized campaigns with “next best action” outcomes.

DESIRED SKILLS:

1.) 4+ years of experience in a complex B2B organization

2.) Be well-versed in best practices and the changing landscape of digital marketing

3.) Hands-on experience with enterprise-level analytics, testing, and experience platforms.

4.) Experience working with cross-functional teams and in a matrix environment to achieve objectives and key results

5.) Critical thinking and attention to detail.

6.) Strong communication skills.

7.) Natural curiosity and bias towards “yes”.

JOB DUTIES: Traffic & Cohort Analysis for all traffic to our B2B customer portal patterned over time & forecasting the future, Developing & Deploy multivariate testing strategies, Driving business strategy as it relates to promotion creation for specific audiences, writing user stories, and analyzing impact or each deployed strategy. You will be oriented toward the top of our funnel.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Degree preferred but NOT required as long as the candidate meets experience requirements.

LOGISTICS: Fully remote, domestic team based on the East Coast. Hours would be 9-5p ET M-F. The interview will require demonstrated proof of capabilities. Please be prepared with a portfolio to showcase your work & ways of working.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
