A leading commercial property management organization with properties across the country is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a newly created position due to company growth. Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities include:

• Enter and review invoices daily
• Scan and process invoices
• Weekly check runs
• Ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner and in accordance with payment terms
• Research and reconcile previous balances and past due accounts
• Communicate with cross-functional departments
• Filing
• Respond to key stakeholders and vendors in a timely manner
• Ensure W-9s are obtained for new vendors
• Assist with special projects

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years full-cycle Accounts Payable experience in a high volume environment
• Systems savvy
• Experience using an invoice automation or imaging system required
• Must be detail oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Real estate industry experience a plus but not required
