We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in London. Reporting to the People Director, you will lead on all stages of the recruiting life cycle to ensure great candidate and hiring manager experience. You will manage communication with all stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers and partner agencies throughout the process including interview scheduling. You will also help with building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn and various mediums including job boards/platforms. This is a 6-month fixed term contract role with a high possibility of it going perm.

Screen CVs
Conduct telephone screenings
Coordinate interviews
Amend and maintain role profiles and adverts
Maintain communication with prospective candidates
Maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system
Manage careers page, job boards and other platforms
Support employer branding initiatives
A rounded level of experience as a recruiter having dealt with challenging timelines and senior stakeholders
An exposure to tech, content and creative hiring
