We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding exceptional people to the Atria Wealth Solutions home office team. Under the leadership of the Head of People, and VP of HR, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to provide input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization, to ensure our teams consist of diverse and qualified individuals. You will develop and implement an end-to-end hiring process to ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• CUSO Financial – San Diego, CA
• NEXT Financial – Houston, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Own & drive hiring strategy and processes, and meet competitive staffing needs of the company.
• Coordinate with department heads and managers to identify staffing needs across the Atria enterprise. Consult with hiring managers to determine sourcing strategy, selection criteria and budget for open positions. Provide coaching and guidance to interviewers.
• Craft job advertisements that reflect the requirements of each position and attract the most qualified candidates.
• Build, implement and support an effective hiring process using Applicant Tracking System. Encourage adoption, collaboration, and automation throughout the process.
• Post and manage sponsored/paid job slots on internet job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Network with and source qualified candidates for open positions and develop talent pools via social media.
• Manage ATS candidate pool, identify qualified candidates, coordinate, and conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to candidates and hiring managers through the recruiting process.
• Use data to track and report on recruiting KPIs and maintain and improve recruiting metrics.
• Work with Marketing to maintain and develop the Work at Atria website, as well as employer brand presence on social media.
• Coordinate with People & Talent team on aspects of the new hire experience, with consideration for onboarding needs by department within the company. Work collaboratively with managers for coordination and successful implementation.
• Organize company-wide engagement surveys and generate reports as it relates to employee experience and recognition to improve continuously and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Continuously partner with Talent Acquisition team to design, refine and implement employer branding strategies to increase interest from relevant candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• 2+ years related experience with direct involvement with job screening, hiring practices and talent acquisition; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organization skills and ability to execute on projects, managing timelines, resources, expectations and deliverables.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, conducting various types of interviews and evaluation methods.
• Proficiency with Social Media platforms, as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a deadline-oriented work environment.
• Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of team.
