We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding exceptional people to the Atria Wealth Solutions home office team. Under the leadership of the Head of People, and VP of HR, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to provide input into the overall hiring strategy of the organization, to ensure our teams consist of diverse and qualified individuals. You will develop and implement an end-to-end hiring process to ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
