image cytometry workstations (Celigo), used in thousands of research laboratories in academic institutes and biotech

PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Contractor will coordinate the activities
involved in building and maintaining the Nexcelom workforce. The Talent Acquisition Partner will support the HR
department with sourcing, recruiting, and managing the candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition
process and serves as the point of contact for managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal
candidate must be able to partner with hiring managers, and the head of HR to develop effective and efficient
recruitment strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and drive the recruiting lifecycle: source, assess candidates via telephone interview, manage the interview process, debrief with hiring teams during the selection process, check references, and negotiate offers.
• Post and manage jobs through LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruiting sites
• Establish and maintain solid working relationships with hiring manager
• Manage to appropriate metrics
• Support the first day management and information to candidates
• Ensure paperwork is completed, adhering to the company’s standard
• Support the new hire start process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields from an accredited institution.
• 2-4 Years’ experience in a corporate recruiting or staffing agency environment.
• Experience using linked in recruiter, indeed and other sourcing tools
• Systems capabilities: MS Office Suite including advanced Excel skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills and ability to manage to deadlines
• Effective communication skills (influential across written, verbal and presentation)
• Strong analytical skill and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
• Willingness to learn and be involved on various projects.
