Lead – Talent Acquisition Operations

The Talent Acquisition Operations Lead is responsible for leading various project related activities in the Talent Acquisition department. Assist Talent Acquisition Directors in benchmarking and determining appropriate program design changes. Serves as a subject matter expert in all aspects of the Talent Acquisition area and leads the team on various initiatives and recruitment programs.

Essential Job Duties

• Partners with Talent Acquisition leadership team to understand the critical support activities for short term and long term hiring and sourcing.
• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, communications and priorities to ensure timely delivery of Talent Acquisition solutions.
• Organizes project teams and sets project priorities.
• Develops, implements and tracks controls to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Provides overall direction and guidance, coordinates schedules and related project activities to ensure the work and documentation meet appropriate departments/service line standards.
• Makes recommendations for new procedures to continuously improve the process and quality of talent brought into the organization.
• Leads cross-functional project teams in implementing, maintaining, upgrading, enhancing and developing customer focused solutions to support Human Resources and Hospital operations.
• Manages the implementation and on-going administration of recruitment technology systems and the ing and functionality of these systems.
• Serves as a consultant for various project teams and facilitates project meetings.
• Implements and maintains high standards of quality control.
• Attends and participate user, hospital, and departmental meetings as required.
• Participates in strategic planning meetings.
• Assists leadership in researches best practices to implement creative and cost effective solutions to difficult recruitment issues.
• Maintains a broad knowledge of the Human Resources hospital and department policies and activities in order to address problems, respond to inquiries, and perform special projects requiring in-depth hospital knowledge.
• Applies an understanding of key legal precedents, policies, and practices to protect the interests of the organization and individual members.
• Promotes the use of technology throughout the institution as a means of increasing efficiency and improving job performance.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Preferred Criteria

• Professional in Human Resources Certification
• Master’s Degree

Required Criteria

• Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited college or university
• Five to seven years of previous work-related experience
• Strong project management skills
• Prior experience working with recruitment technology
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Interviewing/Recruitment Techniques
• Problem Solving Skills

$110,000-$150,000/Annual
