Administrative Business Associate – Perioperative Services – Days
In this world-class setting, you will provide administrative support in various capacities to improve efficiencies and optimize workflow for Perioperative Services leadership. This includes calendar management, project coordination tasks, and meeting preparation and correspondence. You’ll screen telephone calls and visitors, and help keep the entire team informed of critical and ongoing matters. Additional administrative responsibilities include assisting with payroll and timekeeping, preparing communications, and other job related duties as required.
This is a full time, hybrid position working 7:00am-3:00pm or 7:30am-3:30pm at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Preferred Criteria
Administrative experience supporting one or more leader(s)
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Required Criteria
At least one year of administrative experience
Computer proficiency with knowledge of business applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)
High school diploma or GED

Salary Range:
$26.55-$42.40/Hourly
