News UK Ltd Hiring for HR Data Coordinator at London Full Time

HR Data Coordinator (9 month contract)

This is an exciting new opportunity at News UK working in the HR Data & Reporting team.

The role is responsible for processing contractual changes and maintaining the organisation structure to reflect approved change requests. Compliance and accuracy are paramount in this role.

Your team

You will join a team of HR Data Analysts & Coordinators specialising in use of SAP HR. You will have interaction with HR Customer Services, Payroll team, HR Business Partners and Coordinators. This role is for a fixed term of 9 months. The role is based at our Peterborough office but can be done remotely.

In this role, you will:
Maintain personnel data and organisation structures

Process HR memos and buddy check changes

Log all changes, maintain trackers and shared folders

Manage work schedule rule changes and holiday quota adjustments

Respond to HR data queries and information requests

Ensure data is processed in a way that is GDPR & SOX compliant

What we’re looking for from you

Operational experience of SAP or Workday

Knowledge of HR business processes

Good understanding of data protection and compliance

Good use of Microsoft Office/Excel/Google Sheets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A self-starter with good organisational skills

Highly motivated with a “can do” attitude

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Excellent attention to details and proactive in dealing with data issues

Flexible and adaptable with collaborative skills
