Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Corporate

The Talent Team: You will join a team of specialised recruiters who are passionate about engaging top talent that will contribute to the continued growth and success of News UK brands. Delivering high quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
The Role: You will identify and attract talent for our Corporate departments; HR, Finance, Comms, H & S and some Commercial roles. Across all levels from Apprentices to Directors and for all of our brands. You will partner with senior members within the Technology teams who all understand the importance of attracting the right talent and working in partnership to do this. Consult with hiring managers on their recruitment needs and advise on process, best practice and the talent market.
Day to day you will:
Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing methods, events and communities. Building and maintaining talent pools.
Understand candidates’ motivations, career aspirations and experience through great listening and questioning.
Maintain specialist market understanding, benchmarking and what top talent look for in an organisation they join.
Lead on your departments team marketing and brand proposition as well as the wider News UK employer value proposition.
Report on hiring metrics and applicant data to inform future hiring decisions.
Support our Head of Early Talent and Culture & Diversity Partner with projects linked to recruitment.
Work with the people team both in the UK and globally to forecast recruitment needs and identify trends.
What we are looking for:
You are an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (either agency, RPO or in house), passionate about talent and inquisitive. A good listener you pick up on details and thrive when working in a busy environment where the work is varied. You will also have:
Ability to communicate effectively and with influence to both internal teams and candidates.
Results oriented and proactive nature
An expert in candidate search and sourcing methods
Knowledge of the candidate market place across Technology areas and experience recruiting in these areas
Resilience
Confident and creative in suggesting solutions and new ideas – we really welcome this.
