With support from the Human Resources , you will be responsible to support our growth and extend our recruiting reach. Our company mission is to help people live better lives by delivering a hassle-free, first-class home improvement experience and this includes our employees!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience required.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency with social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell our story of what makes NEWPRO a top place to work.
• Knowledge of key job boards and their strengths.
• History of working in work environments with a high sense of urgency and volume.
• Ability to assist with networking and job fair events.
• Experience with recruiting analytics.
