**Hiring for Full Time Early Childhood Teacher**

Full-Time Teacher Responsibilities:

• Developing current lesson plans based on school guidelines and weekly themes.
• Meeting the individual needs of the children by interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
• Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
• Creating a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning

Preferred Qualifications Early Childhood Teacher:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
