Whom do we need?We are seeking a talented, experienced Adobe Workfront consultant to join our team and help us maximize the value of our project & tasks management tools. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workfront and Fusion from both a functional and technical perspective. The ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment is required.Role & Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, configuration sessions with key stakeholders to produce sophisticated Workfront solutions based on business needs.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Workfront mechanics, personas, processes, scenarios and implementation
• Solid knowledge and understanding of API’s and Fusion
• Detailed understanding of Adobe Workfront object types including custom forms and approval workflows templates durations work effort planned hours
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Adobe Workfront Setup including access levels layout templates project preferences and other methods
• Maintaining and monitoring of API integration between Workfront and other integrated systems including troubleshooting, system updates, quality assurance, version control, managing service outages and bug fixes.
• User Profile Management – validate appropriate settings, including layout templates, job role, team assignments, license, access settings etc. Audit groups, teams and licenses assigned to terminated employees.
• Creating and maintaining documentation at various communication levels including but not limited to technical, business oriented, user friendly, etc. Types of documents may include standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, release notes, configuration etc.
• Assist with maintenance of Confluence space dedicated to Workfront & Fusion
• Understanding of and experience with Marketing and campaign process mapping

Qualifications?

• 8+ years of overall IT experience in Technical capacity
• 3+ years of experience working directly in Workfront and Fusion
• Familiarity with agile ways of working
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
• Adobe Workfront certification a plus
• Adobe Fusion certification a plus
