Newmar Window Manufacturing Inc. Hiring for Product System Administrator at Mississauga, ON Full Time

Responsibilities:

· Manage, troubleshoot, and improve the product component of the company’s web-based portal (COPS)

· Develop vast product and system knowledge to aid with general queries, and order entries.

· Update product database with new additions and changes to current products

· Manage product “Bill of Materials”

· PhP programming to aid in smooth running of product components of the company.

· Reading and interpreting drawings effectively

· Monitor environment and ensure smooth running, availability and integrity for all reports, reviewing processes and recommending solutions

· Perform ERP functions while making continuous improvement suggestions.

· Coordinate and manage application support with internal clients

Qualifications:

· Must be consistently punctual, dependable and reliable

· Accept ownership of the problem until resolution

· Bachelors’ degree in Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering is an asset

· ERP experience is required

· Basic PhP coding skills

· Database management experience is an asset

· Microsoft Office skills, Excel in particular is crucial

· Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.

· Ability to read and interpret drawings.

· Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, and Windows 7/10

· Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs

· Experience in a manufacturing environment

· Knowledge on the manufacturing industry in terms of products, and materials commonly used

· Ability to occasionally work after hours
