In 0-12 months you’ll deliver
- Develop recruitment marketing strategies aligned to the pipeline needs of the business including:
- Ensuring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) is woven through all external facing content
- Developing content for our attraction channels
- Working with the team to run candidate attraction events
- Managing job board campaigns
- Measuring the effectiveness of content and campaigns
- Deliver “Refer and Earn” campaigns to increase the volume of candidate referrals from colleagues
- Ownership of the NewDay Careers Site
- Apply a “Create Tomorrow” lens, driving continuous improvement to position NewDay as a destination employer in everything we do
- Ensure our Inclusion & Diversity ethos is reflected in our attraction channels
What you’ll bring
We need this knowledge, experience + expertise:
- Significant experience of running campaigns and attraction channels for specialist roles (including Linkedin)
- Experience of embedding an EVP
And would love you to know or learn:
- Experience of managing Glassdoor, Indeed and other more specialist job boards.
- Experience of early careers campaigns
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Experienced in using design tools (e.g. Adobe/ Photoshop) to create content.
