8 Hour Shifts, Sunday through Thursday 10:00PM-6:30AM, Overtime opportunity available

Neway Stamping & Manufacturing, Inc., an industry leader and global supplier of short to medium-run metal stampings with approximately 80 employees located in Willoughby, is seeking a Set-Up Operator for 3rd shift. This ideal candidate will be a member of a dynamic manufacturing team!

The position requires setting up single hit dies, we will train those that have a strong mechanical aptitude. QC experience is a plus.

· Problem solving and decision making capabilities.

· Must have previous set up experience

· Knowledge of metal stamping a plus.

Pay Rate is based on skills and experience. Those with solid punch press die set up experience will start at $30/hr.

Must have experience in a manufacturing environment for 1+ year’s operating a machine, have previous set up experience, specifically die set up, piercing and forming, conducting visual inspections and/or in a general labor capacity, steady work history with good references.
