With the founding of the New York Psychoanalytic Society in 1911, NYPSI is the oldest psychoanalytic training organization in the United States. Our mission is to provide a rigorous, comprehensive psychoanalytic education to clinicians of varied backgrounds, offer low fee treatment to the NYC community and sponsor stimulating programs to enhance the professional and intellectual lives of our members and the public.

We are seeking an experienced Education Program Manager to support the Administrative Director in the management of the Institute’s educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Interface with students, faculty and members in a friendly and collegial manner
• Serve as point of contact for faculty instructors, advisors and supervisors
• Maintain course registration and withdrawal data on all students
• Collate course evaluations and disseminate to curriculum chair/faculty
• Make updates to course information/materials on the website.
• Gather data monthly from speakers for the completion of continuing education applications and renewals
• Coordinate ZOOM subscriptions for faculty

Skills

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or other project management position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field
• Past experience or interest in education a mental health a plus
• CE/CME administration experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
