Dynamic multinational New Jersey-based management firm is seeking a Part-Time (3 days/wk) Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant
Responsibilities to include daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks and activities including
- Recording cash receipts and disbursements
- Management of AP and AR functions
- Invoicing
- Commission Payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing payrolls, recording and reconciling payroll reports
- Generate and review Trial Balances and Financial reports
- Month end closings and reporting
Must have: * Expert knowledge of, and experience working with, SAGE50 & QuickBooks
- Accounting Degree from a 4 year institution
- 5 years corporate accounting experience
- Advanced Excel knowledge (i.e. pivot tables)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Superb attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
