What You’ll Do

You will build productive partnerships, source passive and active talent, and support candidates through full-cycle recruitment. You will support principals and school hiring teams on recruitment best practices such as setting early hiring goals, managing timelines towards full staffing, conducting effective and bias-free interviews, and developing candidate engagement strategies that ensure our schools employ extraordinary teachers and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
