New Perspective Senior Living Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity in our Human Resources Department for a creative and driven Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a full-time position located at our Minnetonka headquarters.

Position Summary

ing to the Chief People Officer, the Talent Acquisition Manager provides leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to the talent acquisition team and hiring managers across several states. Successful individuals will have a strong track record of success and demonstrated ability to identify issues, create action plans to correct, and continually improve our processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies and programs to attract and hire high-quality team members, maintain a quality pipeline, and support a diverse and effective workforce
• Build and maintain recruiting plan for each New Perspective location
• Guide hiring managers in interviewing skills on an ongoing basis to ensure effective, legal interviewing practices
• Work closely with hiring managers to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate initiatives
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
• Lead, support, and develop talent acquisition team
• Perform other duties as required or assigned, including special projects

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field;
• 5-7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience preferably in a health care or senior care organization
• Two years of management experience with strong supervisory skills required
• Previous experience with nurse recruitment preferred

• Strong research skills and ability to attract high performing talent
• Strong leadership and influence abilities
• Knowledge of employment law – federal and state statutes/regulations
• Strong ability to prioritize and fill job requisitions in a timely manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Unwavering integrity and confidentiality
• Exhibits high degree of objectivity and professionalism
• Highly motivated, able to work independently, and results oriented
• Good judgment, resourceful and creative problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Proficient with technology and sound with MS Office suite
• Experience with UKG strongly preferred
• Demonstrated compatibility with New Perspective Senior Living’s mission and operating philosophies
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
