New Minds is a specialist consultancy delivering people and talent solutions for small-medium sized management consultancies. Our deep understanding of the management consultancy sector enables us to provide both the strategic advice as well as the hands-on operational support required to enhance talent strategy and recruitment.
We work as an embedded partner for our clients, often operating under their brand as an extension of their team. The expertise we bring transforms the way they recruit, and retain the right talent, whilst consulting on everything from recruitment process redesign and EVP development, to diversity and employee engagement.

With ambitious growth plans for the next five years, we have already built a strong client base in the consulting sector, along with an inspirational and incredibly supportive team. It’s an exciting time to join, with the opportunity to not only lead stimulating client work, but to play a key role in the growth of a small business.
