Digital Marketing Specialist

Named a 2021 Milwaukee Business Journal “Best Place to Work” and BizTimes’ 2021 Small Business of the Year, New Land Enterprises is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join its growing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for effectively promoting and supporting the company’s property management, development and hospitality divisions. This position focuses on driving digital engagement, implementing campaigns, and measuring results.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the multi-family real estate industry preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Business and Google Analytics
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Creative problem solving skills
• Graphic design experience preferred

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining and updating property and corporate websites as needed
• Becoming very knowledgeable in Entrata, our property management software
• Monitoring syndicated data feeds from Entrata to Internet Listing Services, troubleshooting and correcting errors that may occur
• Assisting with campaign planning and content creation
• Coordinating with outside vendors to deliver marketing materials to property managers
• Updating content on resident portals
• Designing property-specific marketing materials within the established brand guidelines
• Measuring the impact of marketing efforts using lead tracking tools through Entrata, Google Analytics, and other conversion metrics as applicable
