The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on managing campaigns across various channels, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing software.

The candidate must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Conduct analytics and ing to track campaign performance
• Create, segment, and analyze email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain strong communication with our audience
• Conduct keyword research and monitor website performance
• Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve organic and paid search visibility
• Design ads for print to meet deadlines
• Lead Generation
• Manage and define our Digital Marketing acquisition strategy including our SEO and PPC strategy.
• Collaborate with other leaders of the marketing team to implement effective lead generation campaigns to acquire high-quality leads for the sales team.
• Digital Experience Vision and Strategy Development
• Developing our web experience vision for how we craft a industry leading web experience
• Identify opportunities to expedite our digital efforts by utilizing a number of different contractors, tools and vendors.

Data-Driven Decision-Making :

• Analyze and interpret marketing data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize analytics tools to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

Social Media Management :

Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. Develop and maintain a social media calendar.

Customer Engagement :

Foster a positive and interactive relationship with customers through social media interactions. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Encourage user-generated content.
