The Workforce team helps shapes the workforce by supporting job design and employing innovative attraction strategies that helps People Excellence (HR) deliver on New Horizons workforce plans.
As the Talent Coordinator, you will manage the end to end recruitment journey/lifecycle for hiring managers and candidates. Contributing to workforce planning and wider People Excellence initiatives.
This is a Full Time position at North Ryde working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm reporting to the Workforce Optimisation Lead.
What Is Expected of You
§ Manage the end to end recruitment journey/lifecycle for hiring managers and candidates
§ Contribute to the diversification of sourcing strategies
§ Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on New Horizons talent needs
§ Contribute to Job Design and Workforce Planning
§ Contribute to People Excellence initiatives
Your Ticket to Play
§ 1 to 2 years’ experience in the HR sector and/or a sector with identifiable transferable skills
§ Qualifications in HR and/or related field
§ Willingness to use personal vehicle to travel for work purposes
