Potential candidates must be organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated, reliable, and able to lead in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Preferred candidates should have knowledge of Iowa state licensing standards, Iowa’s childcare assistance, NAEYC, SEEDS, ezWrite, STEAM and Creative Curriculum. A necessary responsibility of this position is your ability to mentor, support and train staff to reach their fullest potential and to meet our classroom expectations. This is a salaried position that requires an average of 40-45 hours per week.

We are looking for an Assistant Center Director who can:

Potential candidates must be organized, detailed orientated, self-motivated, reliable and able to lead in a diverse environment. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Candidates should be well versed in Colorado state licensing rules. Experience as a NAEYC qualified administrator who has lead a program through the accreditation process is a plus. Previous childcare or daycare experience is required.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
