We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team in sourcing the best talent across New Hope Group.

What you’ll do:

• Full ‘end to end’ recruitment processes
• Create proactive sourcing strategies
• Partner with various teams across the business to provide best recruitment solutions
• Contribute to process improvement projects – we’re always looking to improve!
• Update and maintain the applicant tracking system
• Provide great candidate care to all candidates, not just the people we employ

• You naturally communicate well with different levels of the business
• Experience with ATS
