Primary responsibilities include:

Finance

• Pay Vendor Invoices
• Prepare invoices for various vendors (A/R)
• Ensure Receivables are collected promptly
• Conduct monthly reconciliations
• Researching and submitting chargebacks
• Bank reconciliations
• Maintain chart of accounts
• Daily reconciliation of previous days sales
• Monthly tax reporting
• Filing

Requirements Experience QuickBooks a plus 2 years accounting

• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily in Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to communicate to all levels of management
• Ability to work independently without supervision
