We are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant (10-15 hours/week initially) to join the New Flame Coaching team! It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, proactive VA who is willing to contribute to the growth of our business and is open to continuously learning new skills. This is a long-term opportunity, likely permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Implementing digital marketing tasks and projects (i.e. marketing funnels, system integrations, troubleshooting)
• Designing digital collateral (images for social, PDF downloads, worksheets, imagery for online courses)
• Support in engaging and building an authentic audience
• Scheduling social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Optimising business website and building simple landing pages
• Testing and scheduling email marketing campaigns
• Managing online booking calendars and scheduling meetings
• External communications (email, social media groups and pages)
• Working with social media analytics and conducting engagement audits
• Reconciling accounts and expense tracking
• Occasional market research support
• Data entry and file management
• CRM database management
• PA Support and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
The successful candidate will:

The successful candidate should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
