Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner
• Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage
• Entering and presenting treatment plans with patients and discussing financial options/responsibilities
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Prepare new patient records neatly and accurately
• Various office duties as assigned by Practice Manager
• Responding to patient financial inquiries and directing to appropriate departments, as necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
