New Castle Dental Hiring for Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist Full Time

Are you interested in a future in advanced preventative dental care? We are looking for either a receptionist or front office manager, depending on the candidate’s qualifications. We are a fee-for-service, low-volume dental office practicing early interventional dental care on the things that we believe can make the biggest difference in a person’s health trajectory: airway, myofunctional habits, periodontal health, and joint stability. Our focus is on a thorough understanding of the individual attached to the mouth – their experiences so far, their goals for their mouth, and a clear picture of how they want to function and feel over the course of their life. Our clients are taught the cause of disease first and through a partnership and coaching relationship, we help them to get on a path to lifelong wellness.

Our office is housed in a newly renovated historic building in downtown New Castle. There are several aspects of computer software work that are integral to our case planning and are easily learnable. Candidates will also be asked to help set up and take down rooms and perform the sterilization of instruments in a limited capacity in addition to their front office duties. All skills are teachable for someone willing to learn. ​

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, enjoys working with all ages (including babies), and is available Monday-Thursday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm AND one pre-planned Friday per month. Other important characteristics include organization, self-starting, professionalism, and a curiosity to learn. We offer training and mentorship for successful applicants.
