JOB MISSION:

New Balance is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will develop relationships with hiring managers across multiple businesses and advise them on recruiting strategy, candidate landscape and selection. You will utilize your expertise in sourcing, selling and evaluating talent to lead the full lifecycle recruitment and to deliver diverse candidate pools.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead and execute the sourcing process of external candidates, assess internal talent, and lead the full cycle recruitment process.
• Research, identify and cultivate talent networks that will further progress the company’s talent strategy.
• Leverage New Balance’s unique culture to source critical roles within the Footwear and Apparel industry ensuring the delivery of the highest quality and diverse talent within the industry.
• Will be asked to lead various TA initiatives that strengthen our employment brand and candidate journey.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

• 3-5 years of highly successful recruitment experience
• Commitment to creating a superior candidate experience
• Exceptional initiative, judgement, and customer service focus
• An appreciation and respect for the diversity of all individuals in the workplace
• Demonstrated capabilities in LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Strong negotiation, resolution, and facilitation skills
