NeuroStim TMS Centers Hiring for Full Cycle Recruiter- $20-$25/hour! Full Time

POSITION INTRO AND SUMMARY

Our independent, state-of-the-art TMS Treatment Centers are dedicated to offering all mental health professionals and their patients one of the most advanced options for treating major depressive disorder, postpartum depression, anxiety disorders including OCD, PTSD, general anxiety disorder, and other mood disorders. We offer a non-invasive and highly effective outpatient procedure that has helped thousands of patients who have not responded well to drug therapy.

We are currently sourcing a dynamic recruiter to join our HR team! The primary focus of this role will revolve around full-cycle recruiting and onboarding and will be a full-time, in-person role housed in our North Seattle (Northgate) office. The primary working hours for this role will be Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm (with some flexibility); however, some occasions require work outside of regular business hours.

The ideal candidate will be able to assist in identifying hiring needs and will be responsible for filling job openings in a timely manner. This position will work with administrative and HR teams to source candidates through databases and social media, conduct interviews, and file paperwork in alignment with local and federal employment laws.

Our ideal candidate will be able to assist in coordinating recruiting activities and develop and maintain relationships with local colleges, universities, and diversity & community organizations to establish long-lasting partnerships and candidate pipelines.

DUTIES:

Under the direction of the HR manager, you will:

• Participate in employee development training
• Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including preliminary phone screens and interviews, reference checks, background checks, new hire substance screens, and other pre-employment tasks (i.e., validation of COVID vaccines and CPR certifications)
• Keep up-to-date with current employment legislation and regulations and enforce them within the company
• Assist in scheduling and conducting new hire onboarding
• Collaborate with admin and Human Resources to ensure proper support and communication for our new team members during their first 90 days
• Additional projects as needed/requested

Interviewing:

• Identify future hiring needs and assist in the development of job descriptions
• Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media
• Recruit, screen, evaluate, and interview potential candidates for employment opportunities (contract and direct hire positions)
• Assess and review applications, applicant knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
• Utilize and promote our employee referral program to maximize personal networks and increase awareness of current and future job opportunities

Data Management:

• Maintain up-to-date ATS and DAR ing to present associated metrics/ recruitment updates to administrative and leadership teams
• Utilize Excel, G-Suite, spreadsheets, and other software/technology tools to track applicant and employee information and enhance recruiting efforts
• Maintain and update confidential new-hire records in digital and hard-copy employee files

Community Outreach:

• Coordinate/vet interns for entry-level and/or medical internships
• Post open positions on preferred school network job boards like Handshake, and Simplicity
• Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting activities, including: classroom presentations, networking events, employer panels, career fairs, mock interviews, info sessions, advisory boards, and virtual events
• Develop relationships with community organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce, Workforce Centers, Local Veteran Employer Representatives, Professional Associations, and other diversity organizations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak in front of large groups of people
• Proven ability to design and implement recruiting strategies, demonstrated by experience with recruitment processes and applicable databases
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including excellent spelling and grammar and the ability to manage confidential information while working as part of a highly collaborative team
• Strong computer skills and a solid understanding of technology, including knowledge of recruiting forums, software, and talent acquisition strategies
• A demonstrated understanding of employment law, including local, international, and federal contractor requirements
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with candidates and co-workers
• A minimum of two years experience in staffing or recruiting
• The ability to work independently, set priorities, manage time, and multi-task with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• A strong commitment to DEI in hiring practices
• Willingness to travel within assigned region(s) and clinical locations as needed (mileage reimbursement available)
• Associates degree or higher preferred
