Stonegate Group are looking for a highly skilled Administrator ready to take the next step into Publican Recruitment as a Recruitment Coordinator to join our highly successful Recruitment team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover Maternity leave
Working within our “Leased and Tenanted Recruitment Team”, you will be the first point of contact for anyone wishing to become a publican and run a successful pub business with Stonegate. You’ll also provide comprehensive recruitment support to our key stakeholders, ensuring that the Director and Regional Managers have the recruitment support they need.
You’ll also be handling enquires from prospective publicans, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and building effective talent banks so that when the right opportunity arises we have the right people interested in working with us.
You’ll support applicants and publicans through their recruitment letting journey from their initial enquiry, through the interview process to completion of their legal agreement. You will ensure minimal delays and offer a first class approach to customer service
Ideally, you’ll be: an experienced Administrator, used to managing your own busy workload and with excellent customer service skills. You’ll be able to demonstrate outstanding communication levels, both written and verbal, with the ability to enthuse about the scope of opportunities that Stonegate can offer prospective Publicans. We can train you to spot and screen an outstanding applicant, so we’re not looking for prior recruitment experience.
