A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR Department on a 6 month fixed term contract, working Monday to Friday 25 hours per week start and finish times are negotiable. The successful person will support the site in the recruitment and retention of all weekly paid positions.

Main duties will include:

• Liaising with department managers on labour requirements
• Supporting hiring managers who are recruiting by creating and advertising the vacancies through Networx
• Dealing with general enquiries from prospective applicants
• Forwarding CV’s to the hiring managers and coordinating and arranging interviews
• General recruitment administration including sending out letters and offer packs
• Completing necessary paperwork and ensuring HR Systems are kept up to date with employee information
• Liaising with recruitment agencies as required
• Working with the Training Coordinator to ensure staff inductions are completed
• Support the wider HR administration team when required
• Proactively recruit via necessary channels
• Review progress weekly with HR Manager
• Introduce recruitment key performance indicators and publish to the Senior Management Team

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to organise and prioritise workload, work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines. Strong administration skills are essential for this role with experience in using MS Office. No formal qualifications are required as full training will be given as required.
