This role is a full-time opportunity, but flexible working patterns will be considered.
Location: This role is based at Quadrant:MK. For roles based in the Quadrant:MK, you must live within 90 minutes.

About the function
Human Resources (HR) provides support on all people-related issues for Network Rail. We’re responsible for creating an environment that attracts and engages high-performing individuals to deliver engineering and operational excellence for Britain’s railway. Our approach is a pragmatic one, challenging where appropriate and professional in all areas of delivery.
Brief Description
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who will be able to manage all data, analysis and reporting within the Reward & Benefits team to support decision making on wide range of HR projects and initiatives related to pay, performance related pay and benefits. You will be leading on the planning and delivery of high quality, accurate and timely analytical reporting and analysis to the HR community, and wider business as well as supporting the HR community in providing advice and guidance on reward and benefits related topics.

What does the average day look like?
In this role you will be providing quantitative and qualitative analysis to support reward activities around pay award, performance related pay, employee remuneration and benchmarking to resolve local or national issues, adding value and provide insights where appropriate, this involves using your existing knowledge of analytics systems to develop and maintain bespoke dashboards and tools to improve the team’s analytical capabilities for faster and more accurate reporting as well as working with key stakeholders to obtain accurate reward related data.
You will be the team’s data protection lead, promoting best practice to be compliant with Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation.
In addition to the above, you’ll be managing reward related projects on behalf of the specialists, using expert reward knowledge to input into the recommendations to the business alongside developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
