Brief Description
What will you be doing?
We need you to support Liverpool Delivery Unit in a brand-new secondment opportunity.
We are looking for a HR advisor on an initial six-month basis to work across all Liverpool DU sites supporting and advising our line managers on local people related issues.
If you are an organised, self-motivated individual who wants to work alongside the route HR team to support the Manchester team, we need you! You don’t need to have a HR qualification or HR experience as training and development will be provided you just need to be confident, enjoy working with people, building relationships and be able to support line managers to resolve issues.
The post holder can be based at any delivery unit location but will need to work at different sites throughout the week and will be willing to travel regularly.
About the role (External)
Every day will be different, but you can expect to be involved in the following activities:
You must be willing to work and travel around the delivery unit on a regular basis. Our maintenance staff hours vary so the role requires some degree of flexibility to support the management team.

Network Rail adheres to a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the pay range advertised.
Salary: Band 5, starting at £22,000
