Network Catering Hiring for Cook Supervisor at Gillingham Full Time

Are you an experienced chef who is looking to progress into management and grow both professionally and personally? Then this role could be perfect for you! The facilities company we have partnered with are looking for a Cook Supervisor to help provide excellent catering services for schools. 

Job Type: Term-time only, Permanent 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Shift patterns to be discussed (7:30-1:30approx) 

Salary: £11.50ph 

Location: Gillingham

As a Cook Supervisor, your responsibilities will be:  

• To lead by example and guide your team to provide high quality and healthy meals. 
• To plan and prepare meals in line with company recipes. 
• To ensure all members of staff adhere to Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations. 
• To organise and supervise your team through the preparation of meals, ensuring the highest standard. 

The ideal Cook Supervisor:  

• Has previous experience of managing a kitchen environment, preferably in a school setting. 
• Is a fully qualified Chef. 
• Has good knowledge and is aware of all allergens.  
• Must have a DBS check, this is required to obtain this role.
