Description:

The Accounting Clerk will be primarily responsible for duties including but not limited to account reconciliation, maintaining spreadsheets, filing, scanning, and other projects as assigned.

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of notes receivable
• Scanning/uploading check copies to the database
• Sorting through invoices received via mail and uploading them to the database
• Assisting with checks required to be printed in the Miami branch office
• Assisting with reconciliation of purchase advices from investors
• Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative

Accounting Clerk Requirements:

• 1-2 years related work experience (preferred)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Extremely high attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
