In-Office Role- Conrad Building, 1395 Brickell Ave, Miami
Description:
The Accounting Clerk will be primarily responsible for duties including but not limited to account reconciliation, maintaining spreadsheets, filing, scanning, and other projects as assigned.
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of notes receivable
- Scanning/uploading check copies to the database
- Sorting through invoices received via mail and uploading them to the database
- Assisting with checks required to be printed in the Miami branch office
- Assisting with reconciliation of purchase advices from investors
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
Accounting Clerk Requirements:
- 1-2 years related work experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
