Description : The Logistic Technician role responsibilities include but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, picking up and delivering laptops and / or network gear for multiple customers, assisting in fleet upkeep, PC break / fix and other duties as assigned by management.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Pickup and delivery of laptops
Ensure maintenance of work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems
Maintains assigned vehicle
Assists break / fix team with basic repairs
Maintain strong working relationship with customer and team
Communicate issue and success to team manager
Additional Duties :
Assist with general facility upkeep
Staging Network Gear
Assist with any on-site project requests
Assist team with off season (summer) projects
Various other tasks related to service delivery
