Netsync Network Solutions Hiring for Logistics Technician at Houston, Texas, United States Full Time

Description : The Logistic Technician role responsibilities include but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, picking up and delivering laptops and / or network gear for multiple customers, assisting in fleet upkeep, PC break / fix and other duties as assigned by management.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Pickup and delivery of laptops
  • Ensure maintenance of work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems
  • Maintains assigned vehicle
  • Assists break / fix team with basic repairs
  • Maintain strong working relationship with customer and team
  • Communicate issue and success to team manager

Additional Duties :

  • Assist with general facility upkeep
  • Staging Network Gear
  • Assist with any on-site project requests
  • Assist team with off season (summer) projects
  • Various other tasks related to service delivery
