Description : The Logistic Technician role responsibilities include but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, picking up and delivering laptops and / or network gear for multiple customers, assisting in fleet upkeep, PC break / fix and other duties as assigned by management.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Pickup and delivery of laptops
- Ensure maintenance of work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems
- Maintains assigned vehicle
- Assists break / fix team with basic repairs
- Maintain strong working relationship with customer and team
- Communicate issue and success to team manager
Additional Duties :
- Assist with general facility upkeep
- Staging Network Gear
- Assist with any on-site project requests
- Assist team with off season (summer) projects
- Various other tasks related to service delivery
Skills and Experience :
