Netspeak Games Hiring for Talent Acquisition Lead Job at London, England Full Time

Summary:

Netspeak Games is a growing mobile games development studio in need of an experienced Talent Lead to support our growth and hiring pipeline as we continue to scale the studio. As our Internal Recruiter you will join our team and work alongside our leadership team and CEO. You’ll play an important part in the studio’s growth by helping us to find and attract the very best talent for roles across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Source Candidates and build strong pipeline of suitable candidates across a broad range of roles and specialties
• Proactively developing, and building relationships with a talent pool to meet both current and future business needs and keeping records up to date using our ATS to keep track of potential candidates effectively.
• Screen Candidates and act as the first point of contact and at initial stage in the funnel
• Build and own our internal processes around interviews and onboarding
• Manage interview process and ensure candidates have a positive experience in their interactions with Netspeak
• Perform reference checks as needed
• Manage our ATS platform and pipeline
• Support the overall growth objectives of the studio

Your mission:

Help Netspeak move fast while keeping stress to a minimum. This is a new role so a strong sense of initiative and a proactive ownership of the role is essential.

Experience:

• Must have at least three years experience in a recruiter, ideally within the games industry or technology
• Must have experience in recruiting for a wide variety of roles and specialties
• Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with stakeholders of all levels from both within and outside the organisation
• Must be organised, diligent and thorough
• Must have the ability to work with little supervision and be an active decision maker
• Must be able to be flexible with the work required and to the different needs of the business

Salary is expected to be between £40,000 & £50,000 per annum d.o.e.
