Netintegrity Inc Hiring for National Sales Manager at Remote Full Time

Who are we looking for?

The ideal person in this role is a natural people person with at least 10 years in a sales position with a SaaS company. You are a born leader with a proven track record in helping grow sales teams (Outbound, Inbound, SDRs, and AEs) to convert more prospects into customers. You have experience building and managing relationships and can effectively grow and lead a team of your own. You are a team player, an entrepreneur at heart and self-motivated – we are looking for the pack leader of a team of hunters.

What will my typical week look like?

• Developing, coaching, training, and managing a team of sales members focused on a region within Canada and the US
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing the company’s presence across North America, strategically mentoring SDRs within outlined territories.
• Listening to sales calls made by SDRs and offering feedback to the teams and jumping on calls with prospects to assist when needed.
• Distributing leads to and reviewing opportunity pipeline and productivity metrics with each sales representative to hit / exceed weekly sales targets.
• You must understand potential customers’ requirements and how Netintegrity’s platform can address them. Helping the sales team with standardized positioning statements in challenging situations and handling rejections.
• Analyzing CRM data for opportunities in improving conversion at various steps. You’ll be providing input on analytics and tools leveraged by the sales team to improve performance.
• Working closely with the Sales team in order to collaborate on sales initiatives, leading to proportional year-over-year growth.
• Cross-functional teamwork with marketing and product teams to build the approach for sales reps on new initiatives (I.e. new feature launch – making sure we have the necessary responses for FAQ, sales materials to support the launch, building email templates to coincide, etc)
