We’re hiring for a Senior HR Business Partner with strong knowledge and experience across a number of core areas of HR to help sustain and develop our people processes globally. This is an exceptional career opportunity for an inspirational leader and true HR generalist to join our team in a senior capacity. You will lead on the overarching people strategy.

Responsibilities:
Attracting, recruiting and onboarding the very best talent

Ensuring employee compensation and benefits are aligned with current and future business needs

Creating, implementing and optimising employee performance, engagement and recognition

Supporting the wider business and collaborating on projects and initiatives

Effective succession and talent planning

Developing comprehensive people policies

Providing support to line managers and the senior management team

Shaping and delivering the Wellness Strategy

Supporting a range of employee relations matters

Requirements:
Proven track record of working at a senior HR Business Partner and operational level

CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent

Previous experience of developing and delivering a HR strategy

Strong knowledge in UK Employment Law

Exceptional at building relationships across the business

Strong communication & excellent leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence executive & senior managers

Strong problem solving skills

Great with numbers and use of Excel

Strong HR generalist experience
