Accounting & Procurement Specialist
LK Tech, a NetGain Technologies Company is looking for a skilled accountant to maintain our financial records, including full cycle bookkeeping – A/R, A/P, reconciliations as well as creating quotes for client procurement. As the Accounting & Procurement Specialist, you will manage all accounting functions as well as the procurement functions.
This person must be detail- and process-oriented, and a proactive team player. Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and expect to create financial reports for a monthly meeting rhythm and enjoy working in a fun environment with company team building events.

Responsibilities include for Accounting:

• Accounts receivable
• Client invoicing – creating and processing invoices
• Day to day transaction matching and monthly statement reconciliation
• Check processing for receivables
• Capturing and reporting on deferred revenue
• Cash flow forecasting
• Weekly reporting of A/R, A/P, and Open POs
• Month end review of financial data to ensure accuracy
• Issue monthly financial report packages, including analysis

Responsibilities include for Procurement Specialist:

• Requesting and generating equipment quotes
• Presenting quotes and processing for clients
• Recording and tracking purchase orders and shipping information
• Maintaining inventory of equipment for distribution

Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance Degree, a must
• Knowledge in accrual-based accounting
• Hands on experience in bookkeeping and/or purchasing roles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online or other bookkeeping packages
• Excellent people skills, including experience working with a variety of inter-departmental stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
